HONEYMAN IS HIRING A PERSONAL OR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT

The time has come where I need help and support with the multiple projects that I’m juggling.

From running Local Honey Man, to running multiple beauty salons, assessing more acquisition targets, setting up my charity, being a full and present father, all whilst trying to live the life of my dreams….& oh yeah, not to forget being featured in a CBBC TV series and other TV programs… I now need more support, actually crying out for more support…Do you have the skills to help?

Do you have the following qualities?

 

-Act as the first point of contact for the Director, maintain the effective working of their offices in their absence.

-Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and adherence to policies and procedures.

-Manage diaries by scheduling, prioritising, and managing appointments, travel arrangements and papers for meetings

-Managing correspondence, track incoming and outgoing correspondence and ensure replies are produced within the required timeframe.

-Read, prioritise incoming correspondence, and prepare draft responses as appropriate.

-Undertake research and other activities as required.

-Attend specific meetings and take notes, draft minutes and action recommendations as required.

-Manage and organise external/internal events as required

-Business travel – booking flights, hotels

-Reconciling monthly expenses

-Fielding calls for the Director & taking messages

-Administration – contracts/offer letters, relevant paperwork, maintaining personnel files. Liaise with outsourced HR dept. on any disciplinary occurrences

-Organising food/refreshments for business lunches

-Organising breakfast/lunch for the Director

-Carrying out research for projects as requested by the Director

-Taking minutes at various management meetings & typing up minutes

-Organising interviews/ liaising with HR & Management

-Purchasing various items for the Director as and when required

-Paying personal bills for MD

-Ad hoc paperwork & duties

-Liaising with the Directors cleaner

-You maybe required to respond to calls/messages outside of your working hours

-Producing daily reports to the Director with any actions required for the following day

oh and by the way… you must have a sense of humour! (that’s a must, I like to laugh and work hard & smart)

Experience:

  • Experience of providing PA service at Director level
  • Complex diary and correspondence management at a Director level
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships and experience of building and managing relationships with senior officials
  • Dealing directly with external customers/partner bodies
  • Dealing tactfully with sensitive issues
  • Working to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience of operating confidently at a senior level

 

Skills and Abilities:

  • Numeracy, financial management and budgetary skills
  • Accurate time management and prioritisation
  • Able to take responsibility within defined parameters
  • Analytical and practical
  • Able to work autonomously and an excellent team player
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Able to solve or pre-empt problems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal effectively with staff at all levels to provide an excellent level of customer care
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, including the ability to make judgements about completing priorities and identify resourcing
  • Ability to use appropriate IT applications effectively (including Outlook, SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

You will be required to evidence your previous experience in your application
