Serrated Uncapping Knife

Comprising of a sharp, carbon steel blade and wooden handle.

How To Use

The knife has a serrated blade that is used to remove the cappings from the frames, prior to placing them in the centrifuge extractor.  The blade helps to cleanly slice through the capping’s with a smooth action.

Top Tips

The blade is very sharp and should be used with caution.

Clean the knife after use using luke warm soapy water and rinse well.
