For years, I’ve shared our honey with you, but the story runs deeper than the jar. It begins with my uncle.

He was born and raised in the sunshine of Jamaica, while I was raised in Hackney, London. We were worlds apart, yet he passed his passion for beekeeping to me—a craft he lived with bees in his heart and honey in his veins.

During the stillness of the pandemic, we sadly lost him. His greatest unfulfilled dream was to one day walk barefoot on African soil.

Today, I have the privilege of continuing his journey here in The Gambia. This isn’t just a holiday—it’s an invitation to share that dream. To meet the keepers of the craft, see the bees, and feel the warmth my uncle longed for.

Act 1: The ADVENTURE

For the first four nights, you will be immersed in the authentic heart of The Gambia, staying in a premier eco-lodge, hand-picked by our team. You will venture deep into the Gambian bush to live a day in the life of an African Beekeeper, harvesting rare nectars from Mango and Mahogany blossoms, and sharing stories under a canopy of brilliant night stars. This is a real, tangible adventure designed to connect you to the land.

ACT 2: THE SERENITY

Just as you are filled with the spirit of adventure, we transition. You will be whisked away to a 5-star luxury resort for the final three nights. Here, your only duty is to decompress in absolute comfort. Reflect on your journey from a swim-up pool, indulge in world-class spa treatments, and as night falls, enjoy a feast of traditional Gambian food to the rhythm of local drums and dancing around a fire on the beach. Every detail is taken care of.
