Do not refrigerate honey. In fact, it's much easier to handle if you don't because the cooler temperature will cause the honey to crystalise.

How can I make my honey runny again?

If your honey has gone hard or looks like it has crystals in it. Don't worry, your honey has crystalised and this is a natural occurance and shows you're buying the real deal, not honey-flavored fructose. There isn't anything wrong with crystalised honey, you can sprinkle it on top of your porridge. In fact, honey retains all of its flavour and quality in its crystallised form, so in most cases for cooking you can just continue to use it as you normally would.

What is the difference between runny honey and soft set honey?
