All of our honey is 100% raw, unpasteurised, and never micro-filtered, preserving its natural enzymes, rich flavour, and the subtle traces of local pollen that are often removed from commercially processed supermarket honey. This allows each jar to retain its authentic taste and unique regional character.
Our honey also comes straight from the hive to the jar, supporting ethical, local British beekeeping rather than mass-produced, blended imports. We believe that keeping our honey as nature intended is the best way.
