Lime blossom honey actually comes from the nectar of linden tree flowers rather than citrus limes, which is why the flavour is much more delicate, with light floral and subtle herbal or minty notes instead of a strong and zesty taste.
Because it’s raw and unprocessed, the flavour reflects the natural character of the blossoms and can vary slightly depending on the season and conditions, making each batch unique.

Wow!
Never used to be a honey fan, but decided to use a healthier form of sweetening a couple of years ago (and support UK business rather than NZ - Manuka) Usually get a big tub of honey, but thought I'd try this Lime Blossom one for a change - absolutely delicious - lovely citrus tones, and being a runny honey, great for pancakes etc.!
