Hey,

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re absolutely delighted to hear how much you enjoyed our heather honey. Heather honey is one of our most distinctive varieties, known for its rich flavour and exceptional character.

All of our honey is 100% raw, unpasteurised, and never micro-filtered, allowing it to retain its natural enzymes, complex flavour, and unique regional character straight from the hive. This is what makes our heather honey so special and unlike mass produced commercial supermarket honey.

Our honey also comes directly from ethical, local British beekeepers, supporting traditional beekeeping practices and ensuring every jar is packed with pure, natural goodness. It’s something we’re incredibly proud to share with our customers.

We truly appreciate your support and your kind words, and we hope to welcome you back again soon to enjoy even more of our honey range!

Best wishes,
Israth

Hey Simon,

Thank you for your lovely review! We’re so glad to hear the honey dipper lives up to one you’ve trusted for over 50 years, that’s truly special. It means a lot to know it meets that standard, and we hope it serves you just as well for many years to come!

Hey,
Thank you for your review of our honey dipper! We are so glad to hear that you love it. Happy dipping!

Thanks, Jane! You’re absolutely right — using a wooden dipper helps preserve the honey’s natural properties. We’re glad you found it useful and appreciate you sharing that insight!
