That’s an excellent way to experience the full character of each variety.

We’re sorry to hear that some jars weren’t filled consistently. As our honey is raw and unpasteurised, slight variations can occasionally occur during packing, but they should never feel underfilled. We’ll definitely take this feedback on board to ensure better consistency going forward.

Regarding the chilli honey, we appreciate your honest feedback. Our aim is to create a gentle warmth that complements the honey, but we understand everyone’s preference for heat can differ, and we’ll take this on board as we continue refining our blends.
