Raw Fresh Bee Pollen Granules

Did you know our Bee Pollen is 100% natural and may vary in colour and flavour depending upon the season of harvest.

It contains vitamins A, C, D, E, K, and all the B’s plus amino acids, omega 3 oils, folic acid, and antioxidants carotenes and in B-complex and Lecuthin.

You can chew these bee grains or sprinkle over breakfast bowls, dessert, or dinner or add to a smoothie.

Usage: if you are a beginner introduce bee pollen gradually into your diet. Start with 1-2 granules a day and increase to 1 tablespoon.

Bee pollen is not recommended for children under 2 years old and for those with allergies to pollen, pregnant women, or women who are breastfeeding. Check with your doctor before taking bee pollen if you are taking any medication.

Store in an air-tight container in a cool, dark place or keep it refrigerated.
