Our favourite honey flapjack recipe

We’ve all had a lot of extra time to spend in the kitchen recently. Perhaps you’ve just mastered your banana bread recipe and you’re looking to expand your repertoire one further, or maybe you’re looking for a comforting snack to enjoy when out for a sunny picnic with family and friends.

Whatever the occasion, this simple honey flapjack recipe is a must-try. We recommend using our newly back in stock heather honey in this recipe, but any of our honeys will work just as well – why not experiment with our cinnamon or turmeric infused honeys too?
